请问是将head中depthHw2, depth[;,;,0]为深度值，depth[:,:,1]这个直接就是为深度方差，直接用作拉普拉斯不确定度的方差

出现负数是正常的。你可以用公式推导下当|d_pred - d_gt| ^+ ->0时（从正向逼近）的loss取值情况。
