Hello,

it looks like packigist is requiring php 7.0, and anything above is not allowing the installation. But I believe the Talentlms library is compatable with higher versions. Is that correct?

We are currently using the package on a project using 7.2. I believe composer itself doesn't work with php 7.3 yet.
