ModBot Is Not Connecting

I put in all the information correctly as instructed and it just tries to connect 5 times and says [**] Failed to connect to twitch.tv chat servers. And both accounts is connected to facebook which if they wasn't it wouldnt let me chat . Is there a port forward i need to do for it to connect correctly?

Make sure that you allow the bot to make connections in your firewalls and antiviruses.

Also make sure that connections to irc.twitch.tv are allowed through TCP port 6667.

It varies with different firewalls, antiviruses and routers, you'd need to find a guide for the software that you use.
