Payout Interval Resets to 5 in v1.9 #17

There's actually several issues I am experiencing with ModBot v1.9.5560.33620:

The Payout Interval (in minutes) continues to reset to 5 after closing the bot.
Disconnect is not working.
I am unable to click on my username on the left navigation, users or spam filter either. (My bot is a moderator on my Twitch).

I believe I did set it up correctly, but if I am wrong, please let me know what I can do to alleviate this problem. Thank you!
