When scrolling through the member list, the scroll bar seems to snap back to the top of the list. See attached for demonstration. Unsure if this is intentional.
Windows 11, MSVC

Behavior is indeed janky but it works as intended (in that the code does what it does because I didn't care to make it better yet). It snaps back to the top every time it updates, it has to refresh everything everytime. It should be improved.
