Fixed the installation of the Fedora repo (curl file > /etc/yum.repos.d/ won't write because yum.repos.d is a folder)

Debian wheezy does not include nodejs; it is only available in sid.
[arch linux] use pacman; rm npm, aur, makepkg
nodejs-dev is needed to install C++ modules such as msgpack, hiredis, etc.
