Option for where the app directories are stored (internal memory vs SD card)

Currently when the app installs it creates all the directories in the internal phone memory. We would like an extra option in the settings so that we can select whether these directories are on the internal memory or an external SD card. Also need to ensure that any existing files/dirs are moved across to the new location
