Balance Not Matching Main Screen in Core Wallet #101

This issue occurred several years back with legacy wallets, but has emerged again in 7.17.2. The main screen shows the correct balance and when you run 'getbalance' in the console, it matches correctly. In addition, the DigiByte explorer shows the right amount when typing in the wallet address. When you click the 'Send' button in the Core Wallet and use "Total Available Balance", it does not match. It shows a difference in the correct balance. I have tried upgrading to 7.17.3 with the same backup file and it has the same issue.

I did some additional testing and this seems to be an isolated case. Not sure how we would be able to create it again, but the end result was to create a new wallet address (fresh install) and send the correct balance prior to a full sync.

This looks to be the bug that @mctrivia located, which is PR #182. This has been merged.
