Adjust and merge Adaravis area detector classes for i22 OAV

An AdAravis area detector (including SumHDFAravis detector) Ophyd Async device exists in a Draft Pull request the DAQ-5039 branch. This needs to be examined and adjusted, if necessary, to be compatible with the 0.3a1 release of Ophyd Async and then merged into main with appropriate tests to confirm its operation (this assumes that the v0.3a1 dependency has already been established in the main branch). Also add more unit tests.

Acceptance Criteria

• ophyd-async Aravis detector device available
• Oav config included in i22 beamline module
• All unit tests for the device pass
