Hi,

I am trying to use SuRVoS on Diamond computer (I am a student here) and have a Linux virtual desktop. Whenever I try and open my .rec reconstructed tomogram file (approx. 500,000 KB), SuRVoS crashes with the message:

"Segmentation Fault (core dumped)"

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Additionally, on other occaisions when I finally get onto SuRVoS it either crashes in "Gaussian filter" or when I try and generate supervoxels

I would be so so grateful for any help you can offer as I do not know what else to try

Thanks
EMB
