JukeAlert for CB1.9

Sponsored by play.devotedmc.com (Join us!) we are proud to offer a first release of JukeAlert compatible with CraftBukkit/Spigot for Minecraft version 1.9.

We do not guarantee backwards compatibility with 1.8.x, but this is a safe upgrade for existing servers intending to update to 1.9 from 1.8.x.
