The SVG flag of the United Kingdom is not the "Union Jack" (red and white horizontal, vertical and diagonal stripes on dark blue ground), but rather the flag of England (red cross on white ground). SVG must be exchanged.

Rendering Bug of SVG: Flag appears not as high as other flags. looks weird.
