Right sleeve of clothes (right side of character facing camera) doesnt appear for harpies?

Description

as explained above the right sleeve of both the jumpsuit and outerwear (seemingly all jumpsuits and outerwears apply) dont appear when the character sprite is facing east
Reproduction

Be harpy -> wear jumpsuit and/or outerwear -> face east

Additional context

Before I noticed the glitch a game breaking bug occured that made someone seemingly immortal but locked their movement (this happened by shoving them in a disposals bin while they were playing an instrument, this happened in Hammurabi's surgery room, I might make another issue report on this later)
