Description

When you select a specific tag in the sidebar, clicking on another tag will only select that tag. My idea is for the user to be able to search multiple issues by selecting multiple tags. Additionally, I would add that clicking again on an already selected tag should allow the user to deselect (remove) the chosen tag.
