Trouble building network for Demo

I am having difficulty building the networks from the PY files for the demos. They seem to be packaged as checkpoint files and then PY files that assemble the network.

My goal is to test their ability to be imported into MATLAB using their newer import functionalities for TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX.

Is it possible to add the compiled networks for the demos to the repo?
If not, does anyone have them built already and would be willing to share the savedModel, HDF5, or .PT file(s)? Especially for the "Paired brain MR-ultrasound registration" demo?
