thanks @prasannavl - in consultation with mark i should do a dfip. or it was not necessary? now i see MIT Licence contains commercial use. i'm confused.. |

The registered trademarks for the Defichain word and logo in the EU belong to Cake Pte Ltd. I wonder if the word "DefiChain" and the logo are correctly covered by the license in Github. Don't take me wrong, I have no doubts in Cake's aims regarding Defichain, but legally I'm not sure if the license announcement on Github is in line with the ownership of the trademarks. |

“The idea? Enabling people to gift dStocks, dCryptos or passive income from Liquidity-tokens to their beloved ones.

This crypto card functions as a wallet but looks like a credit card. Users can add their public key and name during the checkout to get their customized card printed and delivered in a beautiful metal box.
The project started in cooperation with Kevin Söll, who's going to promote it on his YouTube channel. The cards are basically used as a further marketing tool in order to spread the word."
