What would you like to be added:

Destruction of Foundation coins as per DFIP 7

• All UTXOs and DFI tokens at dJEbxbfufyPF14SC93yxiquECEfq4YSd9L (Foundation address)
• All UTXOs and DFI tokens at 8UAhRuUFCyFUHEPD7qvtj8Zy2HxF5HH5nb (Owner of DEX pools, as it will then be funded from new block reward)

Take note that these DFI are to be destroyed, but not burned permanently as they are "reintroduced" as higher block reward as per DFIP 8

Why is this needed:

To fulfill the passed DFIP 7

To ensure that we can have a higher block reward as per DFIP 8
