Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It has been requested from the board of 2024 that we create a introductory page with information specifically for exchange students. This page would provide info about e.g. what DaTe is, who the current exchange tutors are, how they can contact the board/tutors, which rights/responsibilities exchange students have if they want to become members of DaTe, steps on how to become members, how to sign up for and view upcoming events, etc. Basically a DaTe handbook for exchange students.
Describe the solution you'd like
A new page that is easily accessible/viewable on the website, preferably always visible in the navbar header (not in a dropdown) so that exchange students can find it immediately when they enter the website. This can later be changed when we have the website available in english.
Additional context
Something about inclusivity, particularly for exchange students, should be mentioned on this page. Short quotes/stories of former exchange students' experiences with DaTe and ÅA would be a nice addition
The page only has to be in english
Until the entire website is available in english, there could be a notice somewhere on this page telling people that the translated version of the DaTe website will be released in the near future
