Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We are not well equipped to deal with gdpr delete requests

Describe the solution you'd like

A script that can delete data for a user with email as a parameter.

Additional context

Should delete user data, can leave the user object with all details removed and anonymized username
as well as event signups and details for the user
