Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We are not well equipped to deal with GDPR access requests

Describe the solution you'd like

A script that can get all data we have for a user based on email address

Additional context

Should get things such as member data, event signups with preferences, CTF solves, news articles etc.
