I'm trying to get the agents under a system/service in Datadog itself using USM, and the labels here:

      override = {
        clusterAgent = {
          env = var.cluster_agent_env_vars

          labels = {
            "tags.datadoghq.com/env"     = var.environment
            "tags.datadoghq.com/service" = "datadog-cluster-agent"
            "tags.datadoghq.com/version" = var.node_agent_tag
          }
        }

only apply to the PODs. Is there another way I should be doing this or is this a reasonable ask? I'm shooting for the full configuration.
