What - Change how DK treats the "kinematics: none" setting. Today it requires you to remove stepper settings and some arbitrary acceleration settings to allow you to boot with this specific setting.
Why - To make the setting significantly more usable to configure your printer in whatever order you want, this setting could enable that
Who - Anyone ever wanting to randomly disconnect a mcu dealing with steppers without having to comment out various config blocks to debug issues, change the order of operations on your configuration journey or just not like being annoyed by arbitrary needs to comment out settings you'll need to comment back in later
TLDR; make "kinematics: none" not be super annoying to use when you've got a half-baked printer config you're trying to work on and not be forced into this odd order of operations the current setting implementation insists of doing.
