One of our users ran out of disk space while downloading the engine and was not able to recover without deleting the longtail cache.

There might be some conditions where writing files and running out of disk space causes corruption of the cache.
There are measures to not write partial files but something might have slipped through.

Clearing the longtail cache when disk is full is a good thing to do regardless. :)

Yeah, we did clear the cache afterwards but thought I'd report it for stability, thank you!
