Be able to parse matrix transform values

When using window.getComputedStyle on an attribute and accessing the transform property, the value returned is a matrix such as the following:

matrix(1, 0, 0, 1, 63.4126, 360.747)

Need to be able to parse this into the relevant portions and be able to manipulate it as per the normal ratchet behaviour.
