2回に1回くらいSDPフィンガープリント検証に失敗する？ #9

起動時に上手くいくかが2回に1回くらい決まっているようで、
一度上手くいった場合には何度配信開始しても正しく動作するように見える。

とはいえ、別のクライアントが使用するとそちらだけこのエラーが出ることも有りそうなので、
原因を調査して対処しておきたい。

どういう訳か2024/11/01前後でほとんどこの現象が発生しない...
