将插件引入工程后，改动工程里面的某些代码，重新运行整个工程经常会遇到这个问题：

app\build\intermediates\compile_and_runtime_not_namespaced_r_class_jar\debug\R.jar:另一个程序正在使用此文件，进程无法访问。

我也试用过 MIS，也有类似的问题，不知道这个问题是个例还是都有。
虽然 Clean 一下工程，就可以再次运行了，但是，还是很影响开发体验。
