Describe your overall experience with the current DIRAC web application.

Generally happy with current DIRAC web application, usually use web for:

• Checking status of transformation, pilot and job
• Checking site, resource, pilot, job summary
• Accounting and monitoring
• Submitting some test jobs for sites from job launchpad
• Editing CS

Are there any features or functionalities you wish were included in the current web application?

• Prefer Site, resource, pilot, job summary to have a filter by VO
• Able to select all in the monitoring for deleting etc, now only page by page
• In job and pilot monitoring it’s helpful to be able to type those with some auto complete
• The ‘refresh every’ modes are sometimes a bit annoying, and it might be useful to create a ‘view’ with just some jobs in a group for closer monitoring
• The bin width for accounting and monitoring is wired. Only to choose “last day” or “last month” in time span can make bin width narrow. When I choose “manual selection”, its bin width become too wide.

How do you feel about the current user interface and design? What changes, if any, would you suggest?

• Able to reschedule jobs to the sites specified by users
• Prefer to have connection between Transformation System and Resource System
• Prefer to ban, unban and delete sites from web
• Pilot monitoring is able to know what mode is running and how many cores a pilot has and occupied by jobs
• When closing table, the notification for saving table is annoying.

Have you ever used the DIRAC web application on mobile devices? Would a mobile-friendly version be beneficial for you?

• No, but it is helpful to have mobile-friendly one
• Could it have an embedded mode for webpage integration? Just a wish, not request.

Are you using a DIRAC web application extension? What do you have in it?

Yes, site and payload tasks monitoring

Is there anything else you would like to share or suggest as we work on the diracx-web application?

• Job monitoring is quite important for users, and prefer to be as flexiable as for users to operation on.
• Request monitoring system is quite important for users to know the status of data operation. It is good to show more information to track problems and able to operate on
• Production system prefer to have web monitoring too
