The map-movement doesn't know about the UI Panel for the TCP-connector. Any scrolling/dragging while the mouse is being used in this panel results in movement/zoom on the Map, which is unintended.

This has already been solved for the Debugging UI-Panel, and a fix for the TCP-Connector panel should be a quick fix.

Most likely not easily fixed. the TCP-connector has its own UI implementation, and it doesn't seem to expose a neat way to figure out when the mouse cursor is hovering over some UI elements from that package...
