MAP - duplicate reference regions are merged

If multiple, exactly identical regions are found in the reference sample of a MAP, the output will only report one of those regions. Moreover, if aggregates in the output region seem to derived by summing the results of the aggregates on all the duplicated input regions.

Attached find example data. The map only computes COUNT(). Computation performed using GMQL command-line interface latest version on a local machine.
