Unable to move wsl system to a new directory

[ERROR] Couldn't set the case sensitive attribute of the directory "\?\C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Local\Packages\KaliLinux.54290C8133FEE_ey8k8hqnwqnmg\LocalState".
Reason: Indicates that the directory trying to be deleted is not empty.

Why does this happen?

I had the same problem and used LxRunOffline-v3.5.0-33-gbdc6d7d-msvc.zip successfully.

I'm using Windows 11 and the last system update was today:
Edition: Windows 11 Home Single Language
Version: 21H2
OS compilation: 22000.556.

I currently also try this, and it starts compared to the Release.
Now the real question: when is this going to be released? If this is only on the dev build, and (for me the only reason) a major function is not working. Anything that blocks an release?

I'm using the latest dev build (3.5.0) and I'm still encountering this problem, both the MSVC and MinGW versions.
Version: Windows 11
WSL version: 2
Distro: Ubuntu

Ubuntu

PS C:\Users\Uno> lxrunoffline move -n Ubuntu -d D:\wsl\

Reason: Indicates that the directory trying to be deleted is not empty.

Apparently the bug with the \\?\ path still exists...

I have solved the problem!
Manually moved the ext4.vhdx file from the old directory to the new one and then ran the lx command.
