Thank you for meaningful work. I would like to ask whether the cropped segments in a video represent an independent event. In other words, the statistical results in the original paper claim that the average number of segments is 22.7, does this mean each video contains an average of 22.7 events?
Additionally, the paper also claims that the video is processed by uniformly sampling 300 frames, i would like to ask "how was the number 300 determined?", is it a heuristic setting? Will performance be greatly affected by this?
Thank you for your meaningful again. Looking forward to your reply.
