Mo'Creatures russian name pets

Explanation of issue:
When I give my name to the animal in Russian, it is displayed signs "?"
If i game in single - all visible OK, this problem only server.
How to recreate this issue:
Spawn rabbit, click right mouse, add russian name (You can copy "Кролик")

Thermos Version:
Thermos-1.7.10-1558-server-58
