Occasional server crash on startup, a second start attempt usually works

Explanation of issue:

Occasionally, with the latest Thermos builds (I went from 46 to 57) I get the below crash on startup;

This didn't happen before the update and a second restart usually works... no crash is encountered.

How to recreate this issue:
Start a Thermos Server B58 with the below mods and config files from the modpack.

Modpack Name: (Only if public) http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/stargatemc.135186

Thermos Version: B58 & B57. B46 does not have this issue.
