Resending form submissions results in a blank screen and no error

Trying to troubleshoot some things with webform emails and the two launched sites I usually use for this sort of thing aren't working:

Clicking the resend button, which should send an email with the submission to the handler selected, results in a blank screen and no errors in the logs.
