GetMachineCode uses different fallback logic in Python #83

Hi

GetMachineCode with v=2 has a fallback lookup to the registry in Python but does not have the same fallback in dotnet. Would it be possible to have the same logic in dotnet?

I'm sorry for a late reply to this issue.

This is being worked on, #84, if all testing goes well, it will be available in the next update.

It's now fixed and available in the latest version of the .NET client SDK.
