make a binary executable

• use pkg
  • add script to build with pkg (example here) - see: bin, scripts.build:package, pkg keys
  • auto build and release a new executable on tag (see here)
• download contracts dynamically from cryptoblades static site on each run (purge stale resources)
• take in the following CLI args:
  • --private-key
  • --network
  • --csv
  • --is-test (default: true)
