Create dark mode and light mode button

Description

Remove the user icon (Between the connect wallet button and the change language button, see attached image). And in that place where the previous icon was, place a light and dark mode button.

And make the functionality of the button, the dark mode will be the style that currently has and the light mode will be a white background.
