Adding a 'History' tab on Counterparty.io - Including a Developer and Asset/Project Timeline

I think it would be a great idea to add a 'History' tab to the Counterparty.io website that included two timelines.

• The first timeline included on the page would be an infographic of all of the Active and Drafted CIP's throughout Counterparty's history. I have gone ahead and accumulated a significant amount of data from these discussions in github, as well as the Counterparty Forums. I'd love for anyone interested or more knowledgeable on the history of development to take a look over the information that is drafted to here in this Developer Timeline. It is my intention that such a timeline is peer-reviewed by this community to make sure it is accurate and the data is appropriate to include:

• The second timeline included on the page would be a public document of historical firsts, notable projects and notable assets in Counterparty history. Again, I'd like for anyone interested and/or more knowledgeable on the history of Counterparty Projects and assets to take a look over the information that is drafted in this Counterparty Forum post below to be included in this Asset/Project timeline:

This idea was originally mentioned briefly in this post on the Counterparty Forums related to updating broken links and outdated information on Counterparty.io as well as a repost earlier here in the github.

It is my intention to eventually compile these ideas mentioned in the above posts into an Informational CIP at a future date for proper consideration. I believe these changes to be only a benefit by including historically accurate information and the best updated (and peer-reviewed) User Guide's and FAQ's that we can give to newcomers finding Counterparty for the first time.
