Hello,

Thank you for developing the tools. I have some questions about the rgt-motifanalysis matching:

  1. How are the random regions from –rand-proportion generated? Are the random regions matching with inputs in terms of lengths and GC content?
  2. If –rand-proportion did not account for lengths and GC content, how can I generate random regions that have matching lengths and GC content?
