Add print and save context menu entries to the XY Plot, Stripchart, Databrowser and Image widgets.
Fixes #2222, but won't fix any issues with printer driver, paper jam, unrecognized toner or ink cartridges.
Case in point: Displays tend to look best in 'landscape' orientation, but at least Mac OS X with Canon TS-3300 seems to ignore the 'landscape' setting, always printing in 'portrait' mode which results in cropped prints.
Added a new preference option
org.phoebus.ui/print_landscape=truethat now allows computing the print layout in portrait mode for setups that have a similar issue.
