Users have expressed the need to startup the application such that the memento file and its layout would be ignored. This PR adds such a capability.
Further, a menu item in the Window menu - paired with a keyboard shortcut - has been added to allow the user to close all tabs in all windows. Since closing all tabs also closes window, all windows except the main one will close.
Update docs accordingly.
