Using IntelliJ (CE) version 2023.1.2 and SceneBuilder 20.0 seems to fix a deal-breaker type of issue: crashing IntelliJ or failing to render scene. I'm sure pain points still remain, but finally I do not need to use profanities when using SceneBuilder.
