Describe the bug

Issues with the linea_getTransactionExclusionStatusV1 documentation:

  • grammatical issues in description, "prevent the prover from by the sequencer,"
  • formatting issues in the admonition
  • duplicate sentences below admonition
  • Missing information regarding requesting access
