Bug Description: We need to update message / remove the screen as in protocol 7 we can have multiple cooldowns, and every stake update will serve a different cooldown period

Steps to Reproduce

Step1: Create a delegator

Step2: update the delegation and reduce stakes. and on amount confirmation screen i am getting an attached pop up.

**Expected Result
this pop up is not in a design, ideally we should remove it , if not then update the message **
