CoFiX v3.0 New Plan

CoFiX will suspend liquidity mining and focus on real trade.

1. You can choose an asset to make a market
2. When the market making fund is withdrawn, it shall be withdrawn according to the equal proportion of funds in the capital pool
3. The transaction fee is 0.3%, 0.2% remains in the capital pool, and 0.1% enters the DAO
