AGM-45A/B Shrike behaves as if mounted upside-down. #640
Comments
Since firing Shrikes from player aircraft is not a DCS base game feature, ED cannot test it in their QA process. :( |
Hello guys, the AGM-45 still not working :/ |
@MarcosCamper There is nothing that the A-4 devs can do because this is a DCS core bug. And the DCS devs are limited in what they can do because this bug cannot be tested in an unmodded game. Maybe if the Heatblur F-4 gets a Shrike this could change but for now there's a deadlock. |
Testing by other users seems to suggest that the Shrikes are installed "upside down" compared to the way they should be. Try launching the missiles so that the emitters are above the gunsight, rather than below them (as you would "in real life") |
WORKAROUND:
|
F4 is already added to dcs, can it be fixed now? |
In DCS 2.9, the AGM-45 A/B shrikes do not reliably track. This is ED's issue to fix.
