When in ME and attaching an empty fuel tank, fuel is being added (fuel weight increases from 5440lbs to 6441lbs with empty 150 gal center line tank).
Checked also in single player mission. Fuel in the kneeboard shows as total internal 6441 lbs and 0 lbs external fuel with the empty centerline tank attached. Removing the tank via rearming menu, the internal fuel is than 5441lbs and no tank attached.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to DCS mission editor
  2. new mission and set A-4E as player aircraft starting on ground
  3. 100% internal fuel (5440 lbs)
  4. add EMPTY external centerline tank (e.g. 150 gal)
  5. Error: fuel weight increases to 6441 lbs

Expected behavior
No fuel is added, cause the external tank is an empty tank.
