Mech weapon (large needler type mechs) tweaks #3417

Changes

  • Changed the needle gun used by the large mechs (Goliath, Apoptosis and Apocriton) into burst-fire weapons with appropriate adjustments, also added a missing loadout patch for the Apoptosis.
  • Turned the acid spewer weapon used by the Apoptosis into a proper AOE weapon as it's intended to be.
  • Added missing aimed burst count nodes to Alpha Mechs weapons with the necessary adjustments.

Reasoning

  • A semi-auto needle gun on heavy mechs has proven to be lackluster, especially on something like the goliath mech that is unlocked at the same time as the gunnerpedes, making them burst-fire helps with the DPS.
  • The acid spewer weapon is a flamer type weapon in vanilla which doesn't really perform well in CE so it was turned into a needler with secondary damage which made it lose its AOE capabilities, so I swapped the secondary damage with a secondary blast to replicate it.

Testing

Check tests you have performed:

  • Compiles without warnings
  • Game runs without errors
  • Playtested a colony (Working as intended)
