Include Monthly Billing Start/End Dates in Project Detail View

Problem Statement:
The current doesn't allow users to capture the start and end date of a project contract for monthly billing projects. If we have end dates visible, it will enable the finance team to renew the contracts timely.

Proposed Solution-

• At the moment, we're not taking any start or end dates for projects that are billed monthly. So, those dates are missing from our database.
• Make an input field to take the start date and end date for monthly billing to store in the database.
• After that, we can fetch the data from the database and show it in the Project section.
