Saved setting lost #262
Comments
What version of the AppImage did you use? Does it also happen if you use the native package as indicated in the documentation? |
BTW I cannot reproduce the issue with both AppImage and native package (both version 3.4.0), settings are correctly saved and restored upon restart. If you still have issue with latest version, please post the debug log output (run applicatin with -l 1 or -l 0 for even more logs). |

@cpjeanpaul Please try with the latest release (version 3.4). I strongly recommend you to install the native package I mentioned in my previous comment as it will support more services. Can you please post the content of For the record, here is the content of my config file after I changed the Play/Pause shortcut:
I missed that part in your bug report. It shouldn't happen if the PrtScn shortcut is already used for e.g. your screenshot tool. I suspect the shortcut is not used in your system, please check your system global shortcuts. Workaround: move the focus to another control so that the shortcut is not captured by the shortcut text box. |
That was the problem... My user didnt have permissions on that directory (owner root). Thank you! |
Description:
Every time that I launch MP my settings are lost

Pd. Can't press PrtScn on shortcuts because it changes a shortcut to PrtScn
